Due to a small team and a tight turnaround, we can’t make any changes to an order once it’s placed.

The Nest that Binds is not responsible for replacing lost packages.

We offer returns for eligible domestic orders. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must include all original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

How to start a return:

To get the return process started, email info@thenestthatbinds.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning, and we'll generate a return label for you to print. Please note the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Be sure to package your return carefully. The Nest that Binds has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that are broken or that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.

Drop off your return at your nearest courier location within 10 days.
